Is Chichat free for buyers?

Yes. You pay only the vendor, for what you order.

How do I pay?

Directly to the vendor, the way she accepts: QuickPay, cash at pickup, or her own card link. Chichat never holds your money and never asks for your card or bank number in the chat.

Who checks the kashrus?

Each vendor lists her own kashrus details, and you choose based on what you keep. Chichat shows what the vendor tells us. It is not a hechsher.

Is it a real person or a computer?

Chichat is an AI assistant, made only for finding and ordering from local vendors. A real person from our team is always available. Just write "talk to a person".

I don't have WhatsApp. Can I still use it?

Text messaging is coming soon after launch, on the same number.

Will you send me ads?

No. We only message you about your own orders and things you asked for, and you can stop anytime by replying STOP.

Chichat messages you on WhatsApp or by text (SMS) only after you message us first or sign up. We send order confirmations, order updates, pickup reminders and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages at any time, or HELP for help.
