SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp messages from Chichat. Chichat is operated by Elstein Unlimited Solutions LLC.
Program
Chichat order and account messages. Chichat is a marketplace that helps buyers find and order from local vendors, and helps vendors receive and confirm orders, all by message.
How you opt in
You opt in by sending a message to the Chichat number yourself, or by signing up as a vendor. We do not message anyone who has not contacted us or signed up.
What we send
- Order confirmations and order status updates
- Pickup and delivery reminders
- Order requests to vendors, which vendors confirm with a reply
- Account notices and replies to your questions
- Reorder reminders, only if you ask for them
Example: "Chichat: Your order from Sample Bakery is confirmed for Friday 9am pickup. Reply STOP to opt out."
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your orders and requests.
Cost
Chichat does not charge for messages. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
How to stop
Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To join again, reply START or message us.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
